Litter Update

We will have a litter of puppies on the ground around July 4th. This litter is between Gunner and Dee Dee. There is more information on this litter under litters on the right side of this blog. If you have any questions about this litter or would like to put a deposit down on a puppy please feel free to contact us.

We will also have another litter about 2 weeks after Dee Dee's. We will be posting more info on this litter soon. This is a first time breeding between Gunner (his info pedigree and pics are under Sire) and Sky ( her info pedigree and pics are under Dams). Big Thanks

Leica update

Just thought I would write you and let you know how Leica is doing!!  He is doing fantastic, we have really started concentrating on training full time, his obedience is unreal for a lab his age, he has had great vet appointments from the time we brought him home. Strong heart, great hips, and eyes we recently completed all of our puppy boosters and got him started on a limes disease preventative and as of 2 weeks ago he was 41lbs…I think he might be a big boy!  I have already started working him without a check cord, he will sit when I tell him, stay when I tell him, lay down when I tell him just everything I was looking for in a dog and more! This past weekend I introduced him to his first water retrieves, at first pretty comical to watch he took to it well …..like a fish to water!! I have attached some photos of him in action, he is a great dog and I wish I could press fast forward to this fall to watch him work for real!

Update on Mookie

I have had some ask how Mookie is doing and I was able to get an update on him from his trainer. For those of you who don't know who Mookie is he is one of our pups who is training to be a avalanche rescue dog in Colorado. His trainer says he is doing great at all of the avalanche training and is very friendly. I hope every one enjoys his pictures. Thanks to Caroline for letting me post them.

Puppy Update

Jack sent us a picture and some info on his pup. We would like to thank him for the update.

Jake spaced out.  Getting big he is a little over 11 #  long legs everyone comments on them.  He doesn't want me out of his sight unless there is food around.

We no longer have any puppies available at this time. However we are now planning our next litter that will be ready to go about the first of July. Available puppy

We have a yellow male puppy that will be able to leave on Feb 6th. He is a nice looking pup, he has a great temperament, and personality. He loves to use his nose, and likes to hang out with you. He has his second set of puppy shots, he is dewormed. He has been seen by our vet and he is micro-chipped. He will come with AKC papers and a 26 month hip and eye guarantee. He will make a great family or hunting companion. We have been breeding and working with Labradors for 12 years. We take great pride in each of our dogs. We make sure that we are breeding high quality hunting and family companions with good temperaments and great personalities.

Gunner and Shadow are the sire and dam. They are not for sale just the puppy from their litter.

He is a gentleman at home, and all business when out hunting in the field. He also shows natural pointing abilities while out hunting. (Dam) Shadow is a very obedient dog and will do anything to please. She loves to retrieve and loves to be in the water, she would hunt all day if we let her. Shadow is tri-factored her sire was (yellow) and her dam was (chocolate). She also has a nice pedigree she has 8 titled Field Trial/Hunt Test dogs in her 4 year pedigree. She is the granddaughter of 2XNAFTCH NAFC FC Ebonstar Lean Mac. She also has a Champion Chocolate hunting line in her pedigree she comes from FC AFC Barracuda Blue MH lines.
